Delivery is made next working day.

However, for weight loss injectable medicine, delivery will only be made starting the following day. This injectable medicine is a temperature-sensitive product requiring cold chain management, it will be hand-delivered to ensure its integrity.

Once the treatment is approved by our doctor after consultation, our Customer Experience team will contact you through WhatsApp to schedule a delivery at a convenient date and time. Deliveries are available daily from Monday to Sunday, 10am - 5pm.

Delivery is RM7 and discreetly shipped to your door.

For Weight Loss treatments, a mandatory video consultation is needed for our Doctors to review and approve your treatment and ensure eligibility. The one-off consultation will be automatically added to your cart at RM15.

For injectables, the medication is injected via a pen (tiny needle — like a pinprick) in the upper thigh or abdomen. For oral pills, directions of use will be printed on our prescription label pasted on your medication box.

Weight loss medications should not be used during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. If a patient wishes to become pregnant, or pregnancy occurs, treatment should be discontinued.
